Please use the following troubleshooting steps to check if the URL is valid.
1. Login to the EC2 instance, IraDialer server from where the URL is not working.
2. Run the command "wget <play_url>". the play_url should be absolute URL. If the file is accessible the file will be downloaded.
3. If the file cannot be accessed, please check whether port 80/443 has been allowed from the EC2 instance to the hostnames present in URL.

By default play_url uses
http to get the url mentioned in the request. If your audio file is being rendered over https, it
has to be mentioned as part of the url attribute in "play_url" api.
