IraDialer Logs


    Log files:

    On Debian 12, IraDialer logs can be found at:
    /var/log/epi

    On Windows, Iradialer logs can be found at the following location:

    1. C:\<tenant_id>\IraDialer\log
    2. C:\Program Files\<tenant_id>\IraSwitch\logs(older versions)

    On Debian 10, Iradialer logs can be found at:
    /opt/epi/log

    The log files of each component are named in the following format:

    module_name_hostname_id_YYYYmmdd.log

    If IraDialer is running on HA system, check/get the logs from all the servers.

    The following logs are to be verified/shared:
    IraCluster Version:
    1. IraPodTracker
    2. IraPodWatcher
    3 IraPass
    4 IraDialerAPI

    Hive version:
    1. IraHive
    2. IraPass
    3. FreeSwitch
    4. IraAPI
    5. mod_IraDialer
    6. IraEventDispatcher (IraDialer 1.6.x and above)

    Component Directory:
    Windows: C:\Program Files\<tenant_id>\

    Data Directory:
    C:\<tenant_id>\IraDialer
