Missing Call Events

    If events are missing for a call please check the following:

    1. Are there socket timeout errors in mod_iradialer logs around the time of call.
    2. Check "originate" event status_code. If status_code is 114, dialling itself has failed. If "originate" event has error, further call events will not be present.
