Monitoring DeadAir/silent call Issue

1. For the calls for which dead air is experienced, check the MOS value. IraDialer sends "call_quality" event which has this value.

  • 4.3-5.0 - Very Good
  • 3.1-3.6 - Bad
  • 2.6-3.1 - Not Recommended
  • 1.0-2.6 - Very Bad
2. Are all the agents/customer calls experiencing the issue?
3. Are the agents able to hear any files played through API?For example, are there any welcome message being played when the call is answered by agent/customer, are they able to hear that?
4. Is it a new setup? Was it working earlier?

7. Are all the required media ports allowed?
8. Is there any recording available of the conversation?
9. To which SIP trunk/SBC are the calls being sent to? Twilio,chime, or any SBC?
