IraDialer dashboard

    Iradialer Dashboard:


    Iradialer Dashboard can be accessed from http://<dialer_ip>/api/status/dashboard.

    Note: From the new version, IraDialer Dashboard can be accessed from http://<dialer_ip>/monitor


    Details shown in dashboard


    Hive name : site_id used for this deployment

    Redis endpoint : The FQDN/URL of the redis endpoint to which it connects to.

    Hive_server: Primary hive to which it is connected to.


    Packages(local)

    Version of the packages running


    Services: shows all the components of IraDialer that are running on the server. Every server will have 4 components:

    1. IraHive

    2. IraSwitch

    3. IraDialerWeb

    4. IraPass

    If HA setup is running with 2 servers, there should be 8 components.


    Licenses:

    This shows the number of mod_iradialer and hive licenses assigned and used.


    If the licenses have to be increased, refer to KB


    Load Balance Stats:

    This shows the number of calls/conferences being handled by each server. There should be only one entry per server. If there are multiple entries seen, then during non prod hours its advised to stop all the services on all the servers and restart the services.


    Dashboard Errors:

    Unable to join:
    1. Is redis_endpoint mentioned is a valid endpoint?
    2. Is telnet <redis_endpoint> 6379 working fine?
    3. Check the logs for details errors:
