Error Disk or db is full



If you find the above error in the iraswitch services, then check the freeSwitch logs.

In freeswitch log as shown above. if you find the error “database or disk is full” then you have to check the disk space of the machine, If the disk space has adequate space then the db might be corrupted. So, follow the below steps:


  1. Stop the iraswitch service

  2. Go to C:\Program Files\<tenant_id>\IraSwitch\db\

  3. Delete all the files in the db

  4. Restart the iraswitch service 


Note: Restarting IraSwitch will cause the existing calls to drop.
