Migrating / Migrate / Transfer of CPaaS Server
Remote Redis endpoint is required while having a HA setup.
A backup is not required and may want to change serverdetails.json and point to the new Redis instance and run the required commands for changes to take effect.
A single Redis instance
can be used to share the same "unique_hive_name" in all the
CPASS servers when needed in a single cluster.
But while using across VPCs make sure that there are no firewall ports blocked across VPCs for signalling/media/hive protocol.
