IraDialer Windows Installation

    Introduction

    This document guides you through the installation of IraDialer on Windows.

    The releases can be downloaded from,


    1. Uninstall older IraDialer setup from Control Panel/ Programs and Features.



    2. Copy serverdetails.json to "C:\Program Files\Acqueon\". Please use a unique_hive_name in serverdetails.json.

    3. Extract IraDialer_<version>.zip to C:\Program Files\ folder.

    4. Close all the windows service panel and any files/folders/command prompts that are open that are pointing to C:\Program Files\<tenant_id>\IraDialer_version_no folder.
    5. Run powershell in administrator mode and change to the directory where the folder is extracted.

    6. Run the command ".\IraDialerSetup.bat".

    Note:
    Starting from 1.4.2.2 visual studio redistributable is not installed as part of the setup.
