High CPU Utilisation

    In order to check on CPU utilisation issue, the following details would need to be provided.

    1. Is it a prod or UAT setup
    2. HA or standlone
    3. Issue reported date/time
    4. Server specs
    5. No. of calls server was handling when the issue was seen
    6. Do IraDialer logs indicate any error ?
    7. Can the issue be replicated consistently?
